Summer Camps 2020

Why Send Your Child to Tricks with Bricks STEAM Camp?

We help your children’s imagination go wild and give them valuable skills for their future. Campers experiment tons of interesting projects and discover the amazing world of technology! Your child will create, build, program and operate robotic animals, machines and vehicles using LEGO® Education Robotics and computer programming.

We also have many games and constant activities planned for campers to keep them entertained as well as free play to let their imaginations and creations go wild!

  1. STEAM & Robotics Camp provides a fun, accessible way for children to explore their sense of curiosity through structured, hands-on experiences and learning opportunities.
  2. Children collaborate with each other to think, explore and solve problems using their creativity
  3. Give your children the opportunity to understand how technology work in real-world application.

All our instructors are police-checked, first-aid trained, triple-reference checked, and highly trained. Ratio of Camp counselor to Student is 1:8 or better.

WeekThemeAgeDescription
Week 1
(June 29- July 3)
STEAM Camp
(Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math)
4-7 yrs old
8-12 yrs old
We need the next generation to have a rich understanding of STEAM to have a creative and innovative mindset. STEAM builds on creativity and stimulates the mind to think outside the box, and our children will guide the world to a better place with their innovations and ideas. During this week campers work on five different STEAM stations; Science (Exploring science based projects), Technology ( Building/coding robots and programming games ), Engineering (Engineering of machines and structures), Art ( Story making/Comic books and Animation), Art, Technology & Math (2D & 3D design and printing).
Week 2
(July 6-July 10)
Minecraft Creation Camp
(3D Modeling & Printing, Art & Technology)
7-12 yrs oldFrom organs to houses, machinery pieces to prostheses, 3D printing is revolutionizing the world. 3D printing presents a challenge, but one with a recognizable reward. During the camps, we present them with a different theme to design around each day, and we print their favorite for them. This allows them to practice their skills for the whole week and take home their own creation at the end!
We also use the incredibly popular game Minecraft as a medium to help kids build their skills such as coding & 3D design. We leverage kids’ interest in Minecraft as a gateway to introduce them to other STEAM topics such as Robotics and Coding.
Week 2
(July 6-July 10)
LEGO® Camp
(Creativity, Team Work & Critical thinking)
4-6 yrs oldWhat about having a week of endless fun & innovation and be sure to have a week full of creativity and laughter? Make Your Own Mechanical Toys Camp
(Engineering, Coding & Math)

In a world where technology and engineering surround us at every corner, we need to make sure that our children are prepared with the necessary skills to adapt and learn about the world around them. This week students learn the fundamentals of STEAM with an emphasis on concepts of energy, materials, and movement. With hands-on activities and an innovative curriculum of simple and powered machines, they will learn how to make different mechanical toys.
